Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Conduct thorough and accurate title examinations to provide professional title commitments.
Work with builders in our joint venture network to assess and successfully close Delaware real estate transactions.
Maintain a high level of productivity and quality standards in all aspects of title examination and underwriting processes.
Assess risks and liabilities associated with title issues in accordance with policy provisions and industry regulations.
Formulate well-founded title opinions based on comprehensive analysis of facts and documentation.
Collaborate closely with clients to meet their time requirements, address inquiries, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Prepare detailed and precise title commitments in compliance with company examining and policy procedures.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree, licensed to practice in DE
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate law and title examination.
Must be willing to travel depending on the needs of the clients.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
