Requirements
We’re looking for a Media Buyer who’s an expert in Meta ads and can confidently build and optimize campaigns from strategy briefs—no hand-holding required. You’ll play a key role in helping our e-commerce clients grow by turning goals into killer ad strategies and results.
In this role, you will:
📊 Develop, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta platforms
🧠 Create campaign strategies tailored to client goals, focusing on customer acquisition and revenue
📈 Monitor performance and provide clear insights and recommendations
🧪 Run A/B tests and experiment with new strategies to drive results
📰 Stay updated on Meta platform changes and industry trends
🤝 Work closely with creatives, content teams, and analysts to align efforts
📬 Provide regular client updates and performance reports

Working Hours ⏰: Full time role , with 2–3 hours of overlap with EST, ideally between 8am to 10am EST.

✅ Proven experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
✅ Prior experience in a remote agency setup.
✅ Experience working with Ecommerce brands.
✅ Strategic thinker who can align campaigns with business goals
✅ Strong data skills—you know what metrics matter and how to improve them
✅ Super detail-oriented and love keeping up with Meta ad trends
✅ Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
✅ Strong and reliable internet connection
Bonus Points for:
⭐ Experience working directly with clients or across agency departments
⭐ Familiar with remote agency tools like Slack and ClickUp.
