About the Role:
We are seeking a driven B2B Sales Manager with deep experience in the South Korean hagwon industry to aggressively expand Novakid’s partnerships with offline academies. Your mission: Convince hagwon owners that offering Novakid’s native English teachers (available 24/7) will help them retain parents and compete against rivals already using our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Sign 10+ new hagwon contracts/month (KPIs are subject to discussion).
Pitch Novakid’s competitive edge:
"Your competitors use Novakid’s native teachers—don’t let parents choose them over you."
Offer strategic incentives: Free teacher training for hagwons signing 50+ students.
Build long-term relationships with hagwon owners, emphasizing revenue growth (upselling parents to hybrid offline/online classes).
