We are looking for a results-driven Telesales Representative/Cold Caller with experience working with US clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills, strong convincing strategies, and proven expertise in outbound sales. Experience in cold calling within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the US market.

Use CRM tools like Apollo, GHL (GoHighLevel), and Wiza to track leads and manage pipelines.
Handle objections and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
