Job description

Genesis10 is seeking an Compliance/Supervision Consultant. This role is with an insurance company in Milwaukee, WI. This is a 6+ month contract position that can be fully remote from home.

Responsibilities:

Registered principal
New account reviews: Suitability and best interest assessments
Field support of 30 hours/week on phones, consulting financial representatives
Educating and advising on business practices, documentation, and resources
No direct client interaction; supporting internal financial representatives

Requirements:

Required at time of application: Series 7 license AND either Series 24 OR both Series 9 and 10
These licenses are non-negotiable due to the nature of the work
Strong coaching abilities
Empathy towards financial representatives' challenges
Understanding of the regulatory environment
Ability to operate within compliance frameworks and risk understanding
