Title: Business Intelligence Analyst - Junior 
Duration: 6 month contract with potential to extend; potentially 9-10 months;
Location: Fully remote
Visa Acceptable: Only Green Card and US-Citizens - W2

• Open to a college graduate if they have skills using blue Prism and Microsoft Power Automate

Job Summary:
Responsible for the development and maintenance in Intelligent Automation (IA) as part of the continuous modernization of the operational models across Client Finance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Intelligent Automation Development
• Build Intelligent Automation (primarily Robotic Process Automation (RPA)) processes using design and coding standards to build high-quality components and solutions
• Participate in IA Planning Events, contributing objectives and iteration goals
• Collaborate with the Finance Product Owner (PO) to refine business requirements, acceptance criteria, test plans and provide product demonstrations
• Support User Testing to ensure error free user experience that meets the needs of the business
• Maintain automations after go-live
• Participate in the global community of IA developers, learning new technologies available for future solutions
• As the IA specialist, build awareness and share knowledge of IA tools with the greater Finance team

Requirements
• 0-2 years of experience in a Systems related role, specifically Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
○ If recent college grad, project experience with RPA and having used Blue Prism, Power Automate and UiPath
• Bachelor's Degree in business administration or information systems or equivalent experience
• Experience in developing automations using one or more RPA technologies (e.g. Blue Prism (TJX uses), Power Automate, and UiPath) (one of the three is required)
• Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) (basic knowledge of accounting is required)
• Proven organization and development skills including organizational change, time management; ability to implement and manage details, prioritize, time manage and multi-task
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write, communicate and interpret information accurately; able to develop and build relationships with internal and external partners / team members

Preferences:
• Operational and accounting software (e.g. Oracle EBS, Oracle MOM Suite, Lucernex)
• Power Tools experience (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate…)
