Your role

Advanced German language proficiency needed for the role:
As a Freelance Part-Time CEO Assistant, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our company's top executive, providing dedicated support and contributing to the CEO's efficiency and effectiveness. This role is perfect for a proactive and skilled individual seeking a flexible yet impactful position in a dynamic business environment.

Please keep in mind we are not able to provide work visas for this role.

What you add to our crew

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of work experience including personal or executive support experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving skills
Fluent in English and German is a plus
Flexible working hours with availability outside of standard office hours (9-5pm)
Based +- 2 hours from the CET time zone
