Salary: P50,000 to P60,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM PHT

Skills Required:

Proven experience in administrative support, project coordination, or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (MS Planner, Outlook, Calendar, Teams, OneNote, etc.)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple calendars and priorities.
Experience in document management, transcription, and minute-taking
Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and the ability to redirect and support key stakeholders.

Proactively support and redirect Jenna as needed to optimize workflow.
