Strategic Marketing Consultant

(Canada Remote)

Position Summary:

Enspire for Enterprise is a premier digital marketing agency specializing in solutions tailored for franchise, multi-location, and enterprise businesses. We provide a full suite of digital marketing services, leveraging data-driven insights and our business intelligence platform to help clients unify, scale, and optimize their local and national marketing strategies.

We’re currently seeking a Strategic Marketing Consultant to support a portfolio of priority clients. This role will serve as a key point of contact for national and enterprise accounts, providing marketing guidance, campaign oversight, and performance analysis across SEO and Digital Advertising. The Consultant will collaborate closely with internal teams to help clients achieve their digital marketing goals while ensuring efficient campaign execution and measurable success.

This position requires a strong background in digital strategy, client relationship management, and marketing performance optimization.

Job Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Translate client goals into high-impact digital strategies across Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Paid Social, and SEO.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and optimize campaigns that align with performance targets.
  • Deliver strategic counsel on SEO and Digital Advertising, emphasizing ROI and measurable success metrics.
  • Analyze performance data, market trends, and KPIs to uncover growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Campaign Evaluation & Reporting

  • Lead performance discussions and marketing reviews with client stakeholders.
  • Audit campaign data regularly to ensure execution accuracy and alignment with goals.
  • Present actionable insights and next-step recommendations based on campaign results.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across assigned enterprise and franchise accounts.
  • Drive client satisfaction through strategic consultation and consistent value delivery.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to account expansion and retention initiatives.
  • Monitor risk signals and partner with internal teams to proactively mitigate churn.

Internal Alignment & Process Adherence

  • Maintain timely updates within internal systems.
  • Ensure marketing activities align with internal workflows and compliance standards

Client Enablement & Education

  • Deliver educational sessions to help clients understand best practices and evolving digital trends.
  • Support product adoption through ongoing training and feature walk-throughs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years in digital marketing or client success, including SEO and paid media.
  • Demonstrated experience managing marketing strategies for multi-location or large-scale clients.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Moz, SEMrush, or similar Paid Media & SEO platforms.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with an ability to interpret campaign data and deliver strategic advice.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, particularly in client-facing settings.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
