Job description

ODP Business Solutions is seeking a Lead Program Manager, Sales Effectiveness to drive sales enablement initiatives and support our expansion into the hospitality industry. This role focuses on equipping our B2B sales organization with tailored tools, resources, and strategies to foster growth in the hospitality vertical. Based on-site, the position emphasizes collaboration and alignment with the hospitality and inside sales teams to enhance communication and partnership. The ideal candidate will deliver customized training, lead cross-functional collaboration, and execute high-impact projects to improve sales productivity, revenue, and margins while addressing the unique needs of the hospitality market.


*Remote: While this position does not currently require relocation, candidates within a radius of our physical locations, including, but not be limited to Boca Raton, Itasca, and Austin, will be required to work in the office a minimum of two days per week. Additionally, candidates located outside of the Austin, TX area will be required to travel on-site to our Austin area office monthly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales enablement planning and execution with a focus on the hospitality vertical, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing objectives while fostering collaboration within the sales organization.
  • Develop and deliver targeted training programs tailored to the hospitality vertical, enhancing sales engagement and effectiveness with hospitality-specific customers.
  • Manage and implement enablement strategies, measuring their impact on sales effectiveness, productivity, and P&L ROI, while ensuring alignment with Marketing and Product team goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations to ensure seamless implementation of strategies and foster strong communication and partnership across teams.


Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in:
  • B2B sales.
  • Vertical-focused industries (Hospitality, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Sales enablement and category management.

Technical Competencies:

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales enablement platforms, and the MS Office Suite.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Consultative expertise and project management.
  • Data-driven decision-making and strong organizational skills.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills (English).
