Service Coordinator to support our

YOUR IMPACT
The essential functions of this position include:
- Enter quotes and orders into applicable Professional Services Automation tool(s)
- Work with the sales and engineering teams to ensure that all project-related documents, including Statements of Work (SOWs), customer purchase orders, timesheets and job costing documents are properly completed
- Create vendor purchase orders and process invoices for payment
- Collaborate with the sales & engineering teams to keep projects on schedule
- Efficiently identify and solve project issues
- Work with the sales team to resolve any client service issues
- Keep management informed of any project-related issues
- Maintain engineer schedule and follow-up on timesheet submission
- Obtain project completion signatures & ensure timely invoicing
- Maintain data in applicable systems in order to ensure accurate reporting
- Ensure that legal project documents are completed and signed
- Review all project documentation for compliance with accounting standards
- Proofread presales and post sales SOWs and proposals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- IT Industry related experience is a plus
- Experience reviewing contracts preferred
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Professional demeanor and good communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
POSITION SPECIFICS
The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $19.23 and $28.85 hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions and discretionary bonuses, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and personal leave), dependent on the position offered. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
