Position Purpose: Develop and implement company wide provider communications branding plans and tactics to promote provider engagement initiatives and improve the quality and efficiency of health care.

Develop provider communications, materials and content to effectively support companywide branding plan and ensure consistent implementation and usage of materials
Collaborate with various business units to obtain and incorporate feedback on provider content
Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external partners and continuously grow the positive reputation of corporation
Develop provider communication strategies and tactics to enhance understanding of various products, programs and initiatives
Research and provide updates on regulation changes and industry news that impacts the organization, its subsidiaries and/or the industry
Advise senior management on all provider communication strategies

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism or related field. 7+ years of combined communications and healthcare experience. Prior experience in managed care or health care provider environment preferred.

License:

Pay Range: $116,100.00 - $214,700.00 per year
