We are looking for a Sr. Account Executive – New Logo to join our enterprise sales team and drive the next stage of growth for our dynamic B2B SaaS solutions, which help businesses optimize customer experiences for both the TeleVox and Mosaicx segments.
Job Summary
Responsible for conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities within and organize regular client meetings to discuss their needs and requirements. Negotiate/close deals and handle objections.
Essential Duties
Responsible for orchestrating the sales process from lead identification through order intake and ensure strategies meet revenue objectives while promoting our Solutions.
Serve as the primary contact with accounts and provide updates, forecast, & business reviews to Sales Director.
Manage a sales funnel and forecast.
Develop and maintain understanding of oursolutions and comfortable delivering executive presentations about our solutions.
Present a clear and concise value proposition for accounts to purchase solutions.
Build strong relationships and rapport quickly.
Proactively manage pipeline, input, monitor, and update opportunities in a timely fashion
Identify and coordinate timely involvement of sales operations resources in the sales cycle to improve efficiencies.
Drive sales revenue and grow market share in defined market.
Achieve quota attainment.
Education
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business administration, information technology, or health related field
Experience
5+ years’ sales experience reflecting a track record of proven success within SaaS
Experience selling within the Health Tech or Healthcare spaces highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability as a closer.
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota.
Comfortable working both independently and on a team
Proven ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and time management
Willingness to travel as needed.
