As the Director of Channels, you will manage and develop a team of sales representatives to enable them to achieve and succeed their sales goals.
Core Job Duties
Grow and develop a team of Regional Channel Managers to support strategic external Partnerships and the core sources of revenue for our business
Build and execute channel strategies by segment and geography, creating and presenting sales plans, setting milestones, measuring performance, and being accountable for results
Define mutual goals and objectives and build awareness and support of the overall strategic benefits of the alliance
Develop business plans with each Partner and ensure their successful execution
Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to obtain results in an organization that he/she does not control
Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues with Partners
Drive a culture based on teamwork and collaboration with accountability
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years in a Channel Sales or Channel Management role
Extensive industry network with 5+ years of SaaS based solutions Partner Channel Sales experience
Proven ability to build, lead, and execute strategy in a cross-functional environment
Experience producing measurable results of influenced revenue or Channel Sales
Strong verbal and written communication, faciitation, decision making, organizational and interpersonal skills required
Travel Required
Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
