  • Lead the technical discussions and workshops with the customer and the delivery team to gather and validate the business needs, the technical requirements, and the security and compliance standards.
  • Create and present solution design documents, such as high-level design, detailed design, architecture diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
  • Implement end-to-end security solutions that protect client systems and data from cyber threats.
  • Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the delivery team and ensure the solution is implemented according to the design and the best practices.
  • Support the sales team in preparing and delivering the technical proposals, demos, and proof of concepts (PoC).
  • Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies, services, security, compliance trends, and regulations.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • 10+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft technologies and services.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft security and compliance solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience working as a solution architect or in a role involving designing and implementing IT solutions strategically.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft cloud platform, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Sentinel, and other Microsoft security technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of security and compliance standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other Microsoft security technologies.
  • Previous experience designing and implementing security logging, monitoring and detection analytics using industry-leading solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively and to develop innovative solutions to complex security challenges.

Bonus points:
