Now zoom out: you're not just onboarding one customer. You're helping build and scale a best-in-class implementation practice. You’re setting standards, strengthening playbooks, and continuously identifying how to make onboarding more magical—both for our customers and for our team.
You balance strategy and execution, hands-on delivery and team leadership. You love clear processes, know the value of a well-run project meeting, and never miss a beat. The base salary range for this role is between $114,300 USD and $165,700 USD + bonus eligibility and equity.
We believe in paying transparently and equitably. Your salary will ultimately be based on factors such as your experience, skills, team equity, and market data. You’ll also be eligible for unlimited PTO (which we model and encourage), work location flexibility, up to 24 weeks of parental leave, and really excellent health benefits.
