Your Role in Our Mission

  • Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and resources for training programs across various teams or accounts.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for trainers, learners, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and support.
  • Coordinate and oversee team projects by tracking timelines, managing deliverables, and maintaining organized project documentation.
  • Monitor participant enrollment and manage training session registrations to ensure maximum efficiency and capacity utilization.
  • Support the planning and execution of team events, workshops, and training sessions, including logistics and resource management.
  • Handle troubleshooting and problem-solving for training-related issues, escalating as needed.

 

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in training coordination or related administrative role. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project tracking tools (e.g., Planner, Teams, or Asana).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with a high level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with experience supporting teams with complex projects and multiple deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of training delivery methods, including virtual and in-person formats, is a plus.
  • Occasional travel to support training transformation and new program launches.

 

What You Should Expect in This Role

  • This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
    • Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).

  • Employees are eligible to take advantage of flexible vacation policy after ninety (90) calendar days of employment. Any exception requires manager approval prior to employee's Gainwell start date.
  • Company provided computer for work use.
  • For all hybrid and remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections, should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload.  Greater speeds will of course provide better performance.
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation if hired.
  • This position is intended for pipelining. We will accept applications on an ongoing basis until all related positions are filled.

The pay range for this position is $48,000.00 - $68,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
