Role: Virtual Marketing Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a Virtual Marketing Assistant to help expand and manage our online brand presence. You’ll play a critical role in driving awareness, engagement, and conversions by executing multi-platform marketing campaigns and grassroots outreach. This role requires a creative and analytical marketer with a strong sense of brand voice and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and schedule branded content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Reddit
Design engaging visual assets using Canva that align with brand voice and market
Write compelling copy for social posts, captions, outreach messages, and ads
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and message prospective users
Manage and respond to DMs, comments, and community engagement across platforms
Support influencer outreach and campaign tracking
Drive traffic to landing pages and contribute to sales and sign-up conversion goals
Analyze engagement metrics and optimize campaigns based on performance data
Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in a startup or launch-phase environment
Skilled in visual and written content creation with minimal oversight
Hands-on experience managing multiple social platforms
Proficient in Canva, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and social publishing tools
Strong English writing and editing skills, with attention to tone and grammar
Independent, highly responsive, and deadline-driven
Bonus: Experience with Meta (Instagram) ads and marketing funnel optimization
Must have high-speed internet and a modern computer
Fluent or near-fluent English proficiency
Performance Bonus: Based on waitlist sign-up and/or sales KPIs
