Job description

This is a remote position.

A  vibrant multi-disciplinary therapy practice supporting children, adults, and families through Occupational Therapy and coaching is seeking a tech-savvy, compassionate, and highly organised part-time, remote Client Support Administrator for 5 – 10 hours a week. In this dynamic role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, assist with digital content, and help streamline practice operations behind the scenes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookings for Occupational Therapists and schedule discovery sessions with parents
  • Provide empathetic and clear communication to clients and parents
  • Upload, edit, and maintain training video content on YouTube
  • Respond to comments and direct messages across various social media platforms
  • Handle email and online enquiries with warmth and professionalism
  • Send news and e-mails via Mailchimp
  • Set up and maintain client records and update system information
  • Upload new client data to the practice database and ensure accuracy
  • Follow up on outstanding client documents and admin
  • Answer WhatsApp messages and, eventually, client calls
  • Monitor and assist with engagement across social media accounts


Requirements
  • Strong tech skills and confidence working with digital tools (YouTube, Mailchimp)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence and sensitivity when dealing with clients
  • Organised and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Experience in healthcare, academic, or wellness environment is a plus
