Arctera is seeking an experienced and results-driven Global Alliance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive the growth of our global cloud services and system integration solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product management and marketing, and partnerships to build brand awareness, generate demand, and support Arctera’s strategic goals in the cloud and system integration space.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Design and execute integrated global marketing strategies to drive demand for cloud services and system integration offerings across key markets.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the creation, implementation, and measurement of joint marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, email, events, webinars, and more.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strategically aligned with the Arctera Cloud and GSI sales and alliances team, forging deep working relationships and establishing joint objectives.
  • Partnership Management: Collaborate with key cloud service providers and global system integrators to co-develop joint marketing plans and ensure alignment with go-to-market strategies.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget for the alliances. Understand all internal and partner (e.g. MDF) funding sources.  Submit partner development fund requests and claims as necessary.  Submit internal purchase requisitions and obtain purchase orders as needed.
  • Content Creation: Work with content teams to develop high-impact messaging, collateral, and sales enablement tools that resonate with target audiences.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on the performance of campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize future marketing efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in cloud services, system integration, or IT industry.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns on a global scale.
  • Experience working with cloud service providers and system integrators, including understanding their ecosystems, challenges, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including CRM systems, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.

  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of key industry trends and technologies in cloud computing, system integration, and digital transformation.
