About Dragonfly

Our team is highly technical and has published some of the most widely read research on DeFi and protocol security. Our AUM is over $2B, and we’re one of the fastest-growing firms in the crypto industry.

In joining Dragonfly, you’ll be directly supporting our legal team to ensure our dealflow process is comprehensive and streamlined. You’ll interface directly with some of the brightest minds on the cutting edge of crypto and law, and have the opportunity to assist some of the most renowned crypto companies and token projects.

You should be comfortable with flexible and entrepreneurial work environments, and looking to rapidly accelerate your legal career.

We’re open to a summer term for the right candidate, but expect that this internship will take place in Fall 2025. Internships are paid and do not require course credit, although we’re glad to assist in securing it.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail, and a sense of confidence and discretion
  • Strong interpersonal, pattern recognition, and project management skills, with equally exceptional work ethic
