Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level CRO Specialist to join our team at AppitSimple Infotek Pvt. Ltd. The role involves working remotely on a full-time basis, from several preferred locations, including Ahmedabad, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, and Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing conversion rates for our platforms, utilizing essential skills in conversion rate optimization and website optimization.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in conversion rate optimization with a solid understanding of CRO strategy (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in website optimization techniques to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated ability to enhance conversions through strategic adjustments in online platforms.
  • Familiarity with defining and analyzing CRO metrics to assess the performance of optimization efforts.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies, including hypothesis creation and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Optimize for testing and personalization efforts in web platforms.
  • Skilled in using Convert.com to implement successful conversion rate strategies.
  • Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, transforming data insights into actionable strategies.
