Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit qualified candidates for a variety of IT and engineering positions across the US.
Work on full-cycle recruitment: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
Utilize job boards (Dice, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases to find top talent.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Understand client requirements and deliver quality candidates in a timely manner.
Coordinate with account managers and teams to forecast hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Manage and update ATS and recruitment reports regularly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2 to 7 years of proven experience in US recruitment with a strong focus on IT/engineering hiring.
Good knowledge of US employment types and work authorization classifications ( GC and USC, ).
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in sourcing tools and recruitment CRMs/ATS.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience recruiting for software developers, data engineers, DevOps, and other tech roles.
Exposure to non-IT roles .
