The Opportunity
Adept Group is seeking a Packaging Graphics Coordinator (1099 Contractor) to add to our team! This candidate would have experience in Packaging Graphics Coordination or Commercialization. They would also be familiar with food and beverage packaging, understand graphics approval systems, and possess strong documentation and project management skills.
The Packaging Graphics Coordinator (1099 Contractor) will review and execute change requests for packaging graphics, collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on packaging change, maintain project flow and timelines for multiple graphic updates, and track graphic changes through appropriate systems.
This is a 1099 Contracting opportunity for 40-hours per week project for 12 months.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering.
0-2 years in packaging graphics coordination or commercialization.
Familiarity with food and beverage packaging is ideal
Understanding of graphics approval systems
Strong documentation and project management skills
Nice to haves:
Design experience or experience supporting product development teams.
Flexible skillset to support broader packaging tasks if needed.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced, constantly shifting project loads.
Strong communication skills with cross-functional team.
