Their mission is to create a permissionless, self-sovereign, and frictionless payment ecosystem for businesses and consumers around the world.

As part of their rapid expansion across Latin America, theyre now looking for a seasoned, entrepreneurial leader to drive their growth in Argentina.

About the Role

They are seeking a strategic and hands-on Country Manager to lead operations in Argentina. This is a high-impact role for someone excited about building from scratch, navigating regulatory landscapes, and scaling a business in one of LATAMs most complex and exciting markets.

You will act as the Director of the local entity, owning the Argentine market P&L and responsible for launching, growing, and optimizing the business. Youll work closely with global leadership and cross-functional teams to make Argentina a core market in their global expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Own the Argentine market end-to-end, including full P&L responsibility.
Build and manage infrastructure: payment rails, liquidity, pricing strategy, and cost efficiencies.
Drive product localization: implement local payment methods, adapt UX, manage translations, and ensure regulatory fit.
Lead the regulatory and legal setup to ensure smooth and compliant market entry.
Execute and scale growth initiatives including PR, sales, marketing, partnerships, KOLs, and referrals.
Recruit and manage a local team to support and scale operations.
Serve as the public-facing representative in Argentina with external stakeholders and partners.
Align with global teams across Product, Growth, Finance, and Legal to ensure cohesive execution.

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in fintech, crypto, or payments, with previous leadership or market launch experience.
Deep understanding of Argentinas financial, legal, and regulatory ecosystem.
Strong entrepreneurial drive with the ability to take full ownership of a market.
Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Excellent communicator and strategic thinker with a bias toward action.
