US Based Supermarket Giant is Expanding its team in Pakistan.

Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on, tech-savvy Application Support Specialist to manage and support our core business systems ERP, WMS, and related applications

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the go-to resource for ERP and WMS support (user access, workflow troubleshooting, system configurations)

Work closely with operations, purchasing, and finance teams to resolve application issues and improve workflows

Coordinate with software vendors for escalated support or feature rollouts

Train new users and create system documentation

Support data cleanup, reporting, and light automation using Excel or basic SQL

Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in IT, Application Support, or Technical Support roles

Familiarity with ERP or WMS platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)

Hands-on experience with POS systems, Zebra/Honeywell label printers, and scanners

Comfortable troubleshooting hardware and basic networking issues

Proficient with Microsoft Excel; basic knowledge of SQL or report building a plus

Strong communication and documentation skills

Able to work on-site and support warehouse and retail teams directly

Preferred But Not Required:

CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications

Experience in wholesale, distribution, or retail environments

Familiarity with EDI, barcode systems, or inventory workflows
