Your main tasks:
- Lead and support TEOA (TE Operating Advantage) deployment within assigned functions (e.g. Customer Care, Supply Chain)
- Facilitate Kaizen events, process mapping sessions, and gap analyses across various business functions
- Deliver Continuous Improvement training (onsite and remotely), including tools and problem-solving methodologies
- Identify process improvement opportunities, lead cross-functional projects, and implement best practices
- Collaborate closely with TEOA team members across regions to ensure alignment and success
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support transformation at both site and functional levels
- Provide structured CI training to functional teams to build internal capability and sustainability
- Support manufacturing environments by participating in plant visits and training initiatives (travel up to once per month)
Your ideal background:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on Continuous Improvement experience
- Proven success leading cross-functional CI projects (not limited to manufacturing)
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent practical experience
- Background in business process improvement (e.g., supply chain, sales, customer service)
- Experience delivering training sessions on CI tools and methodologies (onsite and remote)
- Experience working across multiple countries and cultures
- Strong self-organization and accountability—100% remote work capability
- Fluent in English
