Sales Business Partner  – Remote with unlimited paid holiday!

Role Overview:
The Sales Business Partner (SBP) will play a critical role in developing and executing comprehensive business plans that drive sales growth and enhance our market presence. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives, providing sales training, technical enablement, and supporting lead generation and marketing activities. The SBP will act as a support to, and is under the authority of, the Sales Director, ensuring that his directives regarding process, forecasting and reporting are effectively implemented.  This role does not hold a sales quota and is considered an administration function than a direct contributor to sales quotas.

  • As a Sales Business Partner, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Work with the Sales Director to develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide process and system training to internal sales teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor lead generation and marketing activities that drive new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and enhance sales competency accreditations.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders withing Infinity.
  • Act as a communication conduit to the sales director and the sales teams to ensure initiatives other departments are understood as to their impact on the sales environment. 
  • Drive optimised forecasting and pipeline management .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
