Job description

Every day, CivicScience gathers opinions from millions of consumers on thousands of topics that provide high-velocity insights to leading brands such as Apple, Microsoft, Bank of America, McDonald's, and T-Mobile. If there's a question critical to the marketing strategy of the Global 2000, CivicScience has the data.

Overview
CivicScience improves data-driven advertising across the open Web through the use of responsibly sourced, high-quality audience segments, without dependence on third-party cookies.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our Advertising team and leverage the direct user engagement of our consumer insights platform.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at putting strategy into action - producing materials and supporting the development of compelling narratives that bring CivicScience's capabilities to life. You'll collaborate with Sales, Client Engagement, Activation, and Revenue Operations teams to support a variety of client-facing initiatives and ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated marketing professional who love to roll up their sleeves and enjoys both the creative process plus the strategic deployment of content development. If you're passionate about building brands and crafting messages that resonate, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-impact content, including sales collateral, industry reports, email campaigns, social media posts, and Web copy
  • Use CivicScience's real-time insights to inform marketing strategies and identify emerging trends
  • Collaborate cross-functionally among marketing, engagement, and sales teams to translate messaging into compelling assets and fulfill inbound marketing requests in a timely and organized manner
  • Develop, evolve, and maintain a library of templated assets and design elements
  • Stay current on the competitive landscape, media trends, and client category dynamics to enhance marketing materials and positioning in the marketplace
  • Track performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reporting on key metrics and insights to inform learnings and optimizations
  • Coordinate/maintain content calendars to support product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to deliver projects on time and on budget

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years in a marketing or media-related role, ideally within advertising, consumer insights, or the adtech industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience developing and delivering compelling marketing materials
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to juggle multiple deliverables and meet corresponding deadlines
  • Comfort working with data, insights, and audience tools to inform marketing strategy
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace products, Hubspot, Salesforce, Canva, and Google Analytics

Benefits & Expectations

Join a nimble, mission-driven team that values creativity, hustle, and making an impact. Benefits include:

  • Company paid medical, dental, and vision premiums for you and your legal dependents
  • Company paid life insurance plus short- & long-term disability coverage
  • Flexible spending accounts for medical and dependent care
  • Employee assistance programs
  • Unlimited PTO
  • 401(k)
  • Travel and educational opportunities
This is a remote (work from home) role with flexibility, autonomy, and a preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone.
