Schedule:

  • 8:00 am -10:00 am 2:00pm-4:00pm MST

Responsibilities
  • Manage and prioritise incoming communications, ensuring critical messages receive immediate attention
  • Coordinate daily schedules with field contractors through multiple communication channels
  • Conduct evening check-in calls with contractors to confirm next-day schedules and logistics
  • Perform morning follow-up communications to verify contractor arrival times and address any immediate concerns
  • Process and distribute invoices while maintaining accurate financial records
  • Master our specialized project management software to optimize workflow efficiency
  • Facilitate clear communication between English and Spanish-speaking team members
  • Maintain organized documentation of all contractor schedules and project-related communications
  • Support overall project coordination through proactive administrative assistance
