Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Mondays to Fridays, flexible within the business hours of Israel (20 hours per week).

The Role:

We’re looking for a  Newsletter Marketing Specialist  to take ownership of our newsletter initiatives. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive email marketing strategy, executing high-impact campaigns, crafting compelling content, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and increased engagement.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic newsletter marketing plan aligned with business goals
  • Plan and execute regular newsletter campaigns that inform, engage, and convert our audience
  • Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to e-commerce and Amazon seller audiences
  • Manage and segment mailing lists to target campaigns effectively
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.) and optimize for better results
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to align messaging and visuals
  • Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, tools, and best practices


Requirements
  • Proven experience in newsletter or email marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or legal services industry

  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail

  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)

  • Proficiency in analytics tools and A/B testing

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • A data-driven mindset and creative flair


Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with Amazon seller communities or e-commerce platforms

  • Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

  • Knowledge of deliverability optimization and list hygiene practices
