This is a remote position.

Job Highlights: 

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 4 hours/day, Monday-Friday | Fixed schedule: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of bringing wellness solutions to corporate America. This dynamic role combines relationship building with a mission to improve workplace wellness, offering you the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while growing a successful territory. You'll connect with local businesses to introduce innovative employee wellness programs, coordinate on-site demonstrations, and help companies invest in their employees' health and productivity. This position offers competitive base compensation plus commission, allowing you to directly benefit from your success in expanding our community presence.


Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth through targeted outbound calls to decision-makers in professional services and corporate environments
  • Present innovative employee wellness programs to HR leaders and company executives
  • Coordinate and arrange on-site wellness demonstrations and corporate health events
  • Manage a pipeline of approximately 50 qualified prospects daily
  • Create and nurture relationships with key business partners across various industries
  • Distribute digital marketing materials and program information to interested parties
  • Track and document all communications and lead progress
  • Collaborate with our wellness team to ensure smooth program delivery
  • Contribute to territory expansion strategies

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development or related field
  • Exceptional phone presence and professional communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships
  • Experience working with HR professionals and corporate decision-makers
  • Proficiency with digital communication tools and CRM systems
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Results-oriented mindset with ability to work independently
  • Passion for the health and wellness industry (experience a plus)
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
  • Available to work consistently Monday-Friday, 10 AM - 2 PM EST
