We are looking for a Information Specialist who will

Report to Executive Director Customer Success & Enablement in collaboration with the Data Scientists and Data Architects to understand reporting requirements.
Collect and analyze transactional data from a variety of imperfect data sources to ensure breadth, depth and quality of reporting information. Design data solutions to include intermediate reports, analytics, dashboards, templates, Power BI cubes / reports, scorecards and other BI solutions.
Design and construct reusable report parts and templates. Analyze the results, reconcile and implement data solutions.
Produce KPIs through data analysis to assist company in making company goals, supporting closed-loop feedback process which ensures and validates quality and production effectiveness.
Work with Database Administrators, Data Architects and Scientists to establish system interfaces using ETL tools for the purpose of data integration.
Assist with documentation: standard operating procedures, policies, business continuity plans, architecture and infrastructure, training materials, knowledge articles.

Familiarity with some of these tools: Microsoft Reporting Services, Microsoft Analysis Services, Power BI, Power Pivot, Toad for SQL Server, SQL Server Management Studio or Tableau.
