More about the role​​

We’re looking for a Distributor Manager - Traditional Trade who’ll be responsible for Upper Northeast and Laos marketsPassion for value selling and customer support must be in your DNA. 

  • Responsible for distribution target, visibility target and volume target of assigned territory and channel

  • Execute Traditional Trade sales in the assigned territory

  • Maximize customer visit by offering and determining sales opportunities

  • Develop and maintain good relationship with customers

  • Drive for highest levels of customer satisfaction understanding challenges that are critical to customers and takes a solution-based approach

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

  • Graduate of Business Management or related course

  • Five years of Sales experience, Trade Retail experience is a must

  • 3+ years of Distributor Management experience

  • Experience in managing consumer (B2C) distributors in Upper Northeastern provinces and in Laos is a must

  • Proven sales track record and understanding of the Traditional Trade ecosystem in Thailand

  • Experience in Consumer Electronics, Fast Moving Consumer Goods or Building Materials industry is preferred

  • Good communication and presentation skills both in Thai and English
