Prenuvo is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Marketing team as our Social Media Community Engagement Specialist. This role will support community-building, engagement, and social interactions across our digital platforms, enhancing Prenuvo’s brand visibility, fostering community connections, and supporting our continued growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Support community interactions across all social media channels, ensuring timely responses and fostering positive engagement.
  • Monitor, moderate, and respond to comments, questions, and direct messages on social platforms.
  • Proactively engage with community members, influencers, and brand advocates to encourage positive conversations and expand our reach.
  • Have a strong understanding of how to engage with content creators to share opportunities with the Social Media Manager for compelling, engaging, and relevant content tailored to our community's interests and feedback.This includes, but not limited to, patient stories and Prenuvo experience stories.
  • Providing feedback to other areas of the business, such as helping generate ideas for social media content that help answer common questions, identifying leads for the physician, enterprise and clinical teams, etc
  • Track social media performance, community growth metrics, and sentiment analysis, regularly reporting insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and potential concerns within community conversations to inform marketing strategies.
  • Support ongoing communication planning and response across digital platforms.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging platforms, and new digital engagement tools to keep Prenuvo ahead of trends.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1-3 years of experience managing social media communities, ideally in health tech, wellness, or a related field.
  • Proven success in fostering vibrant and engaged online communities.
  • Enthusiastic, collaborative, and creative mindset with a passion for health and wellness.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft empathetic, informative, and engaging responses.
  • Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Ability to interpret data and analytics into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Extremely detail oriented with extraordinary follow-through skills
  • Ability to focus on multiple projects at once
  • Well informed opinions on social media  marketing and community engagement experience best practices
  • Ability to work across marketing and sale teams with strong  relationship management skills

  • The base salary for this role ranges from $65,000- $75,000 in local currency, depending upon experience
