Job Overview:

We’re looking for a strategic and analytical Email Marketing Manager to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through optimized customer relationship management. In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of our email marketing initiatives, managing campaigns, customer segmentation, and lifecycle strategies. The ideal candidate has a passion for data-driven marketing, customer experience, and knows how to turn insights into actions that strengthen customer loyalty.

 

Responsibilities:

Email Campaign Strategy: Develop, execute, and manage email/SMS marketing campaigns aligned with business goals, including promotional, transactional, and retention emails. 

Content Creation & Design: Work with the creative teams to design visually appealing and engaging email templates. Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling copy that resonates with target audiences. 

Audience Segmentation: Build and maintain segmented email lists to ensure relevant, personalized messaging for various customer groups.

A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, designs, and send times to optimize email performance. Use insights from these tests to continuously improve engagement rates. 

Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Automation: Manage automated email workflows, including welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, and post-purchase follow-ups. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure email campaigns align with broader marketing initiatives.

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or related roles

Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously

Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and funnel analysis to continuously improve campaign performance. 

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
