As a Solutions Engineer at Robust.AI, you will join a small fast-paced team working to sell, deploy, support, and expand the next generation of warehouse robotic systems. This high-visibility role will provide an opportunity to work with key business units such as commercial, software, execution, and product development. You will possess a set of skills that are focused on customer engagement, data analysis, and CAD to support the development and creation of simple, effective, and innovative solutions.
This role will report to the Head of Solutions while collaborating heavily with various Account Executives.
Main responsibilities:
Gather customer requirements and develop solutions that solve real problems and bring tangible results.
Communicate and leverage the advantages of Robust.AI in both sales and engineering efforts.
Minimum Requirements:
Proficiency in CAD.
Experience with data analysis platforms such as python, excel, powerBI, etc…
Interest in warehousing, distribution, supply chain, and automation.
Nice to have some of the following:
Fluent in Python and familiar with various data visualization packages.
2+ years of experience in warehouse design leveraging AMR/AGV’s or like technologies.
Understanding of warehouse optimization techniques (batch picking, order clustering, SKU slotting).
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is a huge plus.

Ability to travel 20-30%.
