This is a remote position.
Assist with lead generation and prospect outreach
Provide administrative support, including data entry, document management, and scheduling
Manage and organize files, spreadsheets, and internal databases
Schedule and post content on social media platforms, engaging with the online community as needed
Support email outreach and basic campaign management (training provided if needed)
Assist with maintaining and updating documents in Google Workspace, Word, and Excel
Manage tasks and projects using Monday.com
Prepare basic designs and documents using Canva
Coordinate with team members and clients to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
Experience with Canva, Monday.com, and Meta Business Suite
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp/Klaviyo) is a plus but not required – training will be provided for the right candidate
