Job Description:

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the Marketing and Market Access Manager role will include:

  • Development of product launch and commercialization strategy, driving pre-launch and launch preparations for Oncology portfolio and future pipeline.
  • Enhance launch preparations with strong market understanding and knowledge through the development and implementation of relevant marketing tools, analyzing key drivers and barriers and formulating strategic plans to capitalize on market opportunities with close collaboration with the local/regional team and generating extensive insights and analysis.
  • Drive the development of cross-functional affiliate marketing plans that identify clear portfolio and brand strategies linked to clearly defined tactical execution. Critical to success in this role will be the ability to drive state-of-the-art launches for our future products and the execution of activities to accelerate growth. You will be required to facilitate and deliver various activities and training to the affiliate teams to strengthen competencies and onboard new team members.
  • Develop and execute marketing end-to-end deliverables and commercialization activities based on stakeholders, disease and brand insights.
  • Work closely with supply chain to ensure optimal demand forecast for the portfolio.
  • Support the preparation of compelling pricing and timely reimbursement/funding submissions (government funding, tenders and hospital listings) and payor and other stakeholder engagement plans to drive and expand access to BeiGene portfolio
  • Build, where appropriate, value dossiers, objection handlers and payor engagement plans
  • Build and implement patient advocacy plans to enable strong local relations with relevant patient advocacy groups for allocated brands/therapeutic areas

Qualification Required:

  Duties & Responsibilities 
 

  • Develop/adapt global marketing strategies to drive sales of Oncology porfolio & support affiliate to develop strategies and market understanding.
  • Provide market insights and develop marketing tools for launch, drive performance of Oncology portfolio - competitive intelligence.
  • Guide, support and ensure successful launch of products in Singapore
  • Drive and develop multichannel engagement / digital initiatives
  • Lead pricing and market access strategies
  • Solid understanding of the healthcare system and key stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with local funding submissions is desirable

 

Requirements 

  • University degree in Science, Business or equivalent, preferably with a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration
  • A minimum of 8 years in Product/Marketing Management at least 2 years in Oncology.
  • Have a proven track record in marketing strategy & product launches.
  • Prior experience in identified disease areas – Oncology/or Haematology
  • Strong experience in leading key brand launch pre- to post-launch is preferred
  • Possess strong marketing planning, budgeting, financial management and analytical skills and able to drive complex projects within tight timelines.
  • Open-minded, a fast learner and fluent in both written and spoken English.
