Job Role: Property Management Assistant 

Work Schedule: This is a full-time role (8 hours per day) (Australia) 

Salary range: 40,000 & 44,000 PHP per month plus a 13th month and leave pay

Who The Client Is:

The client is an agency in Australia purely property management focused. 

Role Overview:

As the Property Management Assistant, you will be assisting the property manager with day-to-day operations, tenant interactions, and property maintenance. This role involves managing administrative duties, supporting upkeep efforts, and helping ensure the efficient management of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for new rental applications
  • Handles lease renewals, smoke alarm compliance and termite inspections
  • Handles jobs and reports, supplier compliance and invoicing 
  • Database Management 
  • Communication Management with tenants and suppliers 
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure tenant satisfaction.
  • Other adhoc tasks 





Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in property management 
  • Tools Required: PropertyMe 
  • Comfortable to have conversations with tenants and suppliers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • A customer-service oriented approach 
  • Pleasing personality and a team player 
  • Someone who will focus on rental applications and other administrative adhoc tasks
