Job description

Mental Health Therapist – Florida

Join a mental health team that values results, clarity, and clinician well-being. This fully remote position offers the chance to provide CBT-focused therapy while maintaining a predictable schedule and a manageable caseload.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 a year

Duties:

  • Conduct virtual therapy using CBT principles
  • Keep thorough notes using a user-friendly EMR
  • Participate in peer consults and expand your skills with CEUs
  • Stick to daytime hours — no nights, weekends, or on-call shifts

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Active Florida license: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
  • Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline
  • At least 1 year of independent licensure
  • Experience with telehealth platforms a plus
