Job Description:
Client is seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 7 years of expertise in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition best practices. This role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in Dallas or Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage the recruiting process independently, work effectively with stakeholders, and demonstrate professionalism when interacting with senior-level candidates.
Responsibilities:
Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive networking and relationship-building.
Collaborate with executives, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as ORC or SuccessFactors to manage candidate data and streamline the hiring process.
Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Provide an excellent candidate experience by maintaining professional and clear communication.
Analyze and improve recruiting processes to increase efficiency and quality of hires.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in talent acquisition and interviewing candidates.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Proven ability to work with executives and hiring managers to meet organizational talent needs.
Proficiency with recruiting tools and technologies, particularly ATS like ORC or SuccessFactors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on improving recruiting processes.
Prior experience in consulting recruitment is highly preferred.
