Job Description:

The PeopleSoft Tester will be responsible for testing PeopleSoft HCM modules related to Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management. The role requires expertise in PeopleSoft 9.1 & 9.2 and involves functional validation across multiple HR-related modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional testing for Workforce Administration, Compensation, and Profile Management.
Test Talent Management, Performance Management, and ePerformance.
Validate configurations for Succession Planning, Position Management, and Career Planning.
Ensure accuracy in PeopleSoft Time & Labor module testing.
Work closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot, document, and validate test results.
