Job Description:

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (CoPA) is seeking a Business Requirements Coordinator to manage the business approval process for the Conservation and Environment Delivery Center. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, organizational, and customer service skills to facilitate and track agency requests while ensuring compliance with Commonwealth policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements for agency requests.
  • Prepare and submit documentation for security, legal, and administrative approvals.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders (legal, business, security teams) to expedite approvals.
  • Review and provide input on contract agreements and business documents.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure compliance with Commonwealth requirements.
  • Research existing Commonwealth solutions to avoid redundancy.
  • Provide guidance on the business approval process and policies.
  • Track and manage backlogs of business requests.
  • Serve as a point of contact and subject matter expert for agency and delivery center staff.
