Key responsabilities:

  • Manage development projects including team assignments and progress checks.
  • Organize development requirements to meet system-wide or individual school needs.
  • Review deliverables from the development team such as design and source code.
  • Oversee up to four development teams, including domestic and offshore collaborations.

グループ企業の校務支援システムの開発チームのリーダーを担当していただきます。
開発はオフショアを含む複数のチームが行います。
開発リーダーには、開発案件および開発チームの管理をしていただきます。

■業務内容
①開発案件の管理（開発チームのアサイン、進捗確認）
②開発要件の整理（システム全体または各学校の個別の要求への対応）
③開発チームの成果物（設計、ソースコード等）の確認
④本番反映

■チーム規模
4名前後の国内協業やオフショア含めた開発チームを最大で4チーム程度マネージメントを行っていただきます。

売上高8億円
