Graphic Designer

We're seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer with a passion for creating high-quality visuals that elevate our brand and drive results. In this role, you'll be a key contributor to the design and development of engaging materials across sales, marketing, and corporate channels. You’ll collaborate closely with our team while confidently taking the lead on projects. A strong eye for detail, great organizational habits, and fluency in design platforms are essential.

Experience with U.S.-based clients is a must for this role. We’re looking for a strong communicator who can engage professionally, speak and write fluently in English, and clearly articulate ideas while collaborating with teams and stakeholders.

We’re especially interested in candidates whose portfolios reflect work in industries such as design, real estate, education, or healthcare, as these align well with the types of audiences and projects you’ll support in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development:

• Create visually appealing sales collaterals such as decks, teasers, one pagers brochures, and case studies.
• Design corporate assets including brand guides, business cards, email templates, social media graphics, and internal communication materials.
• Develop creative concepts and layouts based on marketing strategies and business goals.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with brand standards, maintaining a professional and cohesive look across all platforms.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
• Present design concepts clearly and effectively, incorporating feedback to refine and improve materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaigns and projects with high-quality design assets.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Organize and maintain design files and assets for easy access and future use.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual materials.

Technology Integration:

• Leverage AI tools and design software to enhance workflows and productivity.
• Adapt to new technologies and software that improve design processes and project outcomes.

Qualifications:​​​​​

• Strong English communication skills—fluent, professional, and clear in both written and verbal formats.
• Direct experience working with U.S.-based clients is required.
• Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools (Ceros experience is a plus)
• Portfolio with work related to design, real estate, education, or healthcare is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Proven ability to create sales, marketing, and corporate design assets.
• Familiar with AI design tools, project management systems, and digital collaboration platforms.
• Must have a personal computer/laptop and a stable internet connection (20 Mbps minimum).
