General Description:

As a member of the Digital Strategy and Enablement team, the Director, Commercial Digital Execution will play a crucial role in driving the digital initiatives of our organization. This individual will cross-functionally lead the digital transformation strategy by guiding and executing initiatives in partnership with Commercial and Marketing leads. This position serves as the commercial point of contact for multichannel engagement initiatives and works in close collaboration with global commercial teams to provide expertise in leading a data-driven digital approach.

This position requires an experienced professional with a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Champion the vision, frameworks, and standards that empower marketers to deliver consistent, high-impact customer experiences across audiences, brands, and digital channels.
  • Partner with commercial and brand marketing leaders to shape and execute an integrated, forward-thinking digital strategy aligned to business goals.
  • Enable the execution of digital campaigns by leveraging established tools, platforms, and processes to drive scalability and consistency.
  • Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships to embed a customer-centric mindset across the organization, while also managing external partners (agencies, vendors) to ensure strategic alignment and delivery excellence.
  • Lead the deployment and governance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) initiatives across global markets, ensuring cohesive execution and platform integration.
  • Design and maintain dynamic digital dashboards to track KPIs, optimize campaign performance, and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with the Digital Strategy & Execution team to provide strategic guidance and amplify digital engagement initiatives across the enterprise.
  • Oversee the implementation, optimization, and utilization of BeOne’s Customer Engagement ecosystem to ensure a 360-degree view of customer interactions across Sales, Marketing, Medical & Market Access.
  • Act as a point of contact for Commercial and Marketing teams, fostering communication, collaboration, and alignment across departments and stakeholders.
  • Leverage advanced digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and dashboarding tools to derive actionable insights and drive data-informed marketing strategies.

Experience:

  • BA, BBA, or BS in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with a proven track record of managing digital platforms.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar technologies.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in digital analytics, including proficiency in GA4, and other relevant tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and overseeing digital platforms, ensuring their effective utilization and optimization.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide valuable inputs on digital engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team of digital professionals.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and engagement.

Salary Range: $170,300.00 - $230,300.00 annually

BeOne is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process.  Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
