The GFiber Central Sales team leads the strategies and processes that enable our field sales teams to achieve our goals. Whether it’s developing tools, creating reports, writing policies, or managing core processes, the SalesOps team provides the back-end support required for teams to be successful.

Role Description:

As a Sales Operations Associate, MxU you will support core processes for our MxU (Multifamily, Multi-tenant) business segment. You will act as a point of contact between our local market teams and MxU property owners & managers in the following areas:

  • Bulk Billing: ensuring the successful tracking, billing enrollment and launch of our Bulk Billed properties.
  • Owner Incentives: managing purchase orders and facilitating the timely and accurate payment of owner incentives.
  • Wifi Solutions: managing POs and facilitating the deployment of Wifi solutions at properties.

 

In this role, you’ll: 

  • Work internally with stakeholders in finance, accounting, and local market teams to ensure the timely and accurate completion of workflows.
  • Work externally with property owners, managers, and homeowners associations (HOAs) to onboard to our systems to make and/or receive payments; assist in resolving escalations and disputes.
  • Provide reporting to senior stakeholders at GFiber.

 

At a minimum we’d like you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years direct experience in MxU operations at an internet service provider (ISP).
  • Proficiency with the Salesforce CRM, Google Sheets (or Excel).
  • Experience managing complex projects or processes end-to-end.

It’s preferred if you have:   

  • 5 years experience (internally or externally) working with property managers, developers, or similar entities involved in multifamily community management and construction.
  • Project management certification
  • Experience with managed WiFi technology solutions

 

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $91,000 - $133,000 + bonus + cash award + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
