Job description

** This is a 12-month contract position that has potential to extend **

Our client in the tech industry is looking for an experienced Program Manager to help drive growth and execution across their Optical Sales Channel for their Wearables product category. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role supporting go-to-channel planning, stakeholder alignment, and sales strategy execution.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end program management to support the growth of their Optical Channel.
  • Build and manage detailed project plans including timelines, dependencies, and milestones for global channel initiatives.
  • Align with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Product, Marketing, Ops, Legal, etc.) to ensure execution readiness.
  • Develop and drive go-to-channel strategies with a focus on performance tracking, process efficiency, and sales enablement.
  • Own risk management, issue resolution, and change management planning throughout program lifecycles.
  • Lead executive communications and maintain strong cadence through planning cycles and status updates.
  • Document and scale best practices across channel experiences and program initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in a consumer electronics, wearables, or hardware-focused company.
  • Proven success driving channel sales strategy, go-to-market execution, or retail partner planning within large, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and building process rigor.
  • Ability to simplify the complex, track performance against business goals, and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Background working with channel teams, category management, or strategic program launches.
  • MBA and/or PMP certification is a plus.

Benefits

Compensation Range: $100-105/hr DOE
