Junior Marketing Automation Manager

***This position can be based in Bulgaria or Germany with remote working options. Applicants must have a work/residence permit for the respective location.***

Main Responsibilities:


  • Platform Management: Operate and maintain marketing automation system (HubSpot), ensuring clean data flows and reliable integrations—especially with Salesforce. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain smooth platform functionality.

  • Integration Development: Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other business-critical systems to ensure seamless data exchange and automation across platforms.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Data, and Systems teams to align processes, streamline lead handoffs, and support shared goals.

  • Automation Execution: Collaborate with the team to support campaigns, events, and webinars, by building and optimizing marketing automations, nurture programs, and lead handovers aligned with lifecycle stages and campaign goals.

  • Data Health & Quality: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of marketing data by cleaning outdated or incorrect records and optimizing data processes.

  • Process Optimization: Proactively identify inefficiencies and work on automating or improving workflows for scalability and better performance.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest MarTech trends, tools, and best practices; bring fresh ideas into the organization.
